Our minimum order quantity is strictly 20 pieces per design. You can freely split these 20 pieces across adult and youth sizes (for example: 6 Youth L, 8 Adult M, 4 Adult L, 2 Adult XL). We do not require you to meet 20 pieces per individual size.
If your team requires traditional varsity aesthetics, multi-layer dimension, and classic stadium texture, choose Pro Tackle Twill. If your uniform has intricate color gradients, all-over camo patterns, or numerous sponsor logos without adding weight, choose Full Digital Sublimation. We also offer hybrid combinations.
Once your digital artwork proof is approved, our team provides a standardized Roster Excel Template. You simply fill in each player’s last name, jersey number, and size. Our production team matches the roster line-by-line and packs each finished jersey into individual labeled polybags.
We provide 7-day rapid physical sampling once vector tech packs are signed off. Bulk production typically takes 15 to 20 business days depending on whether tackle twill embroidery is required. We ship internationally via express courier or freight.
