RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY - HONFITWEAR


1. After-Sales Service Period


15-Day Validity Period

The after-sales service period is 15 calendar days from the date you sign for the package.

Expiration Rule

After the 15-day period expires, no after-sales requests will be accepted.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for confirmed quality issues.

We appreciate your understanding that non-quality related requests cannot be supported.



2. Warranty Exclusions


The following situations are not covered by warranty or return/exchange service:

  • Worn or Used Products

    Any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or used privately is ineligible for after-sales claims.

  • Improper Care Damage

    Damage caused by incorrect washing, drying or improper storage methods.

  • Normal Wear and Tear

    Natural fading, stretching, aging or slight wear generated from daily use.

  • Altered Products

    Any goods modified, cut or repaired by unauthorized third parties.




3. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Items


Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Important Note

Once the product has been worn, washed or cleaned, the after-sales guarantee will no longer be valid.



4. Order Cancellation Policy


Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled before production or shipment.

Full refund will be issued after cancellation confirmed.

After Shipment

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available.



IMPORTANT – Import Duties & Customs


Buyer’s Legal Responsibility


According to international customs regulations:

  • All import duties, taxes and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer/recipient.
  • Product prices do not include destination country import taxes.
  • All customs charges will be collected by your local customs or courier upon package arrival.

Customs Policy & Consequences


  • If you refuse to pay import duties, resulting in package delay, return or destruction, all related costs (return shipping, storage, disposal fees) shall be borne by the buyer.
  • No refund will be provided for undelivered packages caused by refusal to pay duties.
  • Customs clearance time varies by country; any delivery delay caused by customs procedures is beyond our control.
